What is an Acting Law of the AIFC?

The Acting Law of the AIFC is based on the Constitution of Kazakhstan and consists of the Constitutional Statute on the AIFC, AIFC Acts, and parts of Kazakhstan law applicable where not displaced by AIFC Acts.
